This Privacy Policy describes how Oresa Industra Services SRL processes the personal data of visitors of the website www.oresaindustra.ro (the “Website”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR”) and applicable Romanian law.

The Website does not use traffic analysis, statistics, or targeted advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar), and does not collect personal data through mere browsing of its pages.

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it, through the “Make a request” contact form available on the Website, namely:

  • Name;
  • Company name;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Location of interest (Iasi / Arad / Bucharest);
  • Estimated timing and surface area requested;
  • Any additional details provided in the “Particular requests” field.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data submitted through the contact form is sent directly to the Company’s email address (space@industra.ro) and is used exclusively to:

  • respond to your request regarding the leasing of, or information about, the logistics/industrial spaces offered by the Company;
  • contact you further, if necessary, to clarify or continue the commercial discussion you initiated.

We do not use your data for direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of data submitted through the contact form is carried out on the basis of:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing necessary for pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the data subject (e.g., a request for an offer/information regarding the leasing of a space);
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Company’s legitimate interest in responding to inquiries received and in conducting its business activity.

5. Recipients of the Data

Data is accessed exclusively by Company staff involved in the leasing/sale of logistics and industrial spaces.

Data may be shared with:

  • the Website’s hosting and maintenance provider, acting as a data processor, strictly to the extent technically necessary for the Website’s operation;
  • the Company’s email service provider, for receiving messages submitted through the form;
  • public authorities, where there is a legal obligation to do so.

The Company does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data submitted through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to resolve your request and pursue any resulting business relationship, but no longer than 3 years from the last interaction, unless the law requires a different retention period (for example, in the case of an actual contractual relationship, in accordance with applicable tax and accounting obligations).
